Hi, I'm Stu. I'm a product leader passionate about creating seamless, intelligent experiences across devices and platforms. I believe great products come from deeply understanding customer needs and using data to validate every decision.

I currently work as Product Director at Shack Shine, where I'm building a unified digital platform that connects customer commerce, franchise operations, and field technician mobile apps. It's a fantastic opportunity to apply product-led thinking across an entire business ecosystem.

What drives me

Over 15 years, I've learned that the best products emerge when you combine customer empathy, data-driven experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. I love the challenge of mobile product management—the constraints force creative solutions and the impact is immediate and measurable.

I'm particularly excited about how AI and intelligent features can make apps more anticipatory and helpful, removing friction from everyday experiences.

Beyond work

I'm an avid user of AI coding agents to build personal projects, including an AI-powered budgeting tool and a product management SaaS platform. I'm also an active triathlete (planning to compete again once my kids are older) and in my spare time, I revisit my physics degree material with the goal of eventually pursuing a Master of Science.
